When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive from Branson Wholesale, please return the package to the address on the original invoice.
NOTE: Undergarments CAN NOT be returned.
Upon return and receipt of the product(s), Branson Wholesale will exchange, refund, or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling - NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
Please note:
U.S. residents will not be required to pay the shipping charges for items received with defects or damages (zippers, snaps, or other non-fixed features). Customer must pay shipping both ways on items that need to be exchanged for size issue. Please Insure Properly, in case the package is damaged/lost by courier.
International Customers:
Customers outside the U.S. will have to pay their own freight. Please insure package properly in case package is lost/damaged by courier. If you are using the Post Office for any items shipped to us, please keep in mind that it can take between 10 business days to a few weeks for your return to arrive.
All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible) and with all paperwork, parts, accessories, etc. so as to ensure proper credit.
NOTE: We advise that when shipping products back to Branson Wholesale, customers should choose the same shipper as when the product(s) was delivered, as well as insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping.
You have 30 days from the day of your purchase to return or exchange any item that was purchased from Branson Wholesale.
