  • How long does it take Branson Wholesale to ship my order?

    Branson Wholesale will ship your order no later than 24 hours.

  • What shipping methods do you use?

    We ship all our orders through USPS, UPS or FedEx.

  • What are the shipping options offered by Branson Wholesale?

    We offer 2nd day shipping, express shipping, ground shipping, etc. At checkout you will decide which shipping option is best for you.

  • Can I ship my order to a different state?

    Of course! We will ship your order to a different state, no issues. If you decide to ship different items to different states, not an issue either.

  • Do I need an account to shop at Branson Wholesale?

    Yes you do! First you will sign up by clicking here. Afterwards, give us a call at (800)850-5003 and ask for a sale representative to further assist you.

  • How can I check the status of my order?

    There are a few ways to check your order. First, our team at Branson Wholesale will email you the invoice, and tracking number. You then can either track the package at our website or use the carriers website to track the order. If you forgot your tracking number, don't sweat it! It can be accessed by clicking here.

  • My order was shipped but did not receive a tracking number, why is that?

    If this occurs, please give us a call at (800)850-5003 and ask for your sales representative. We will gladly fix this issue.

  • Can I change my order?

    If your order has not been shipped from our location, we will gladly make whatever change you need. But you do need to call us at (800)850-5003 to further assist you.

  • How may I cancel my order?

    If your order has not left, give us a call at (800)850-5003, ask for your sales representative and let them know what you would like to cancel. PLEASE NOTE: once your order has left, we cannot do anything about it!

  • I have billing issues, HELP?

    In case of any billing issues, please call us at (800)850-5003 and one of our associates in our billing department will be able to help you.

  • Can't place the order online?

    If this occurs, just call us at  (800)850-5003 and ask for your sales representative and he or she will take down your order through the phone.

  • Can I place orders overseas?

    Yes you can! PLEASE NOTE: For your order to be shipped overseas, keep in mind our cut off time is 2 o' clock PM EASTERN TIME.
